A Registered Nurse (RN) is a healthcare professional who has completed a nursing program and is licensed by the state in which they practice. RNs are responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessing patients' conditions, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patients' progress. They work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and other nurses, to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Responsibilities:

1. Provide nursing care to patients in a compassionate and efficient manner
